I capture the quiet beauty of the Midwest through words and photographs. My creative work explores themes of nature, our sometimes difficult place in it, belonging, generational histories, and finding meaning in the seemingly ordinary. A novelist building an audience through shorter works, I share photographs paired with prose, poetry, and personal essays.
